#1. About the projcet

I was inspired by my time here in Germany, I had many thoughts, My thoughts traveled the world.

I walked through many streets, listen to voices of different people and I was attracted by various colors. All these things wanted me to create something new. This connection to family compelled me to combine these things together.

Finally, It is because of every colour, every street, and every city, everywhere I go reminds me of my family and my home. It’s a big hole in my life because I miss them so much.

This helps me deal with the distance that separates us, through pictures and text I express my feelings. The work is the process of my thoughts and feelings I have on a daily basis. As I do this work it brings me closer to my family.

I feel this brings me closer to my dream, that is, to be with them again.

#2. Creative ideas

I combined the black and white photos of Aleppo, and the photos of the cities I had visited.

I drew white lines by hand on the buildings, those lines are moving, showing the details of the architecture. My quotes describe what I'm feeling and they are written in red so they pop out from the page.

I used a blackout transition to add a calming effect and to move my story along.
